• How does the Wine Club work?
    Our Wine Club gives you the convenience of receiving quarterly shipments of 3, 6, or 12 bottles of our wines at up to 15% discount delivered to your door.
  • What discounts apply to Wine Club purchases?
    Our 3 bottle members enjoy a 5% discount off cellar door prices, our 6 bottle members get a 10% discount, and our 12 bottle members enjoy a 15% discount.
  • Does the Wine Club discount apply to wine purchased in addition to my quarterly shipments?
    Yes, you will enjoy your same exclusive member’s discount on all additional wine purchases made at the winery, online, or by telephone.
  • What does it cost to join the Wine Club?
    Membership of the Wine Club is Free, you simply have to commit to purchasing a minimum of 3 bottles of wine every 3 months for the next year
  • What freight charges apply to Wine Club purchases?
    All purchases of 12 or more bottles are shipped freight free within New Zealand. A $9.20 freight charge applies to 3 and 6 bottle purchases.
  • Is the Wine Club open to overseas memberships?
    We offer the option of getting either

    1 x 12-bottle case once a year with 5% discount + international shipping rate
    2 x 12-bottle cases in 1 or 2 shipments per year with 10% discount + international shipping rate
    3 x 12-bottle cases in 1, 2 or 3 shipments per year with 15% discount + international shipping rate

    International members can also choose which shipments months they would like to receive their wine. The shipment months are February, May, August and November.
  • Which wines will be included in the Wine Club shipments?
    You can choose exactly which wines you would like to include from our range. You can have the same order send to you every shipment.
  • How much does each shipment cost?
    The price will vary depending on your selection.
    A $9.20 freight charge applies to 3 and 6 bottle shipments – 12 bottle shipments are freight free within New Zealand.
  • When do I choose which wines will be included in each shipment?
    In the month prior to each shipment you will be advised by email with a reminder of your last order. The wines you chose last time will be automatically forwarded to you unless you request a change to your order at least 2 weeks prior to the shipping date.
  • When are the quarterly shipments made?
    Shipments will be processed and dispatched in the first week of February, May, August, and November.
  • Can I change my Wine Club order at any time?
    You can change your Wine Club order at any time up to 2 weeks prior to any shipping date. We will notify you of any resulting change to the amount to be charged to your credit card.
  • Can I change my Wine Club membership status?
    You can upgrade your membership status or change to another membership option at any time up to 2 weeks prior to any shipping date.
  • What if I decide I don’t want to be a member of the Wine Club anymore?
    After one year membership can be cancelled by written notice at any time up to 2 weeks prior to any shipping date. You may also choose to place your membership on hold (for a maximum of 12 months) rather than cancelling, which will enable you to continue to receive our newsletters and enjoy all other exclusive membership benefits until you choose to recommence your quarterly shipments

    The Aurum Wines Wine Club is more than just a discount buying scheme – we want you to enjoy all of the other benefits of belonging to this exclusive Club – and we are continuing to work on the development of more new benefits and member only events for the enjoyment of our members.
