WINEMAKERS

Our new winery is up and running for the 2006 vintage. Brook Lawrence and his wife Lucie Pouthier-Lawrence are our winemakers.

Brook trained in Australia at Adelaide University and did three vintages at Norman’s Wines Clarendon. He has also worked two vintages in France at Domaine De L’Arlot in Burgundy and Cleebourg in Alsace as well as at Chard Farm in Central Otago.

Lucie is a graduate in oenology from Dijon University with vintages in Nuit St Georges and Meursault in Burgundy and also Alsace.
