TASTING NOTES
Colour - dark green
Bouquet – Granny smith apples, fresh hay
Taste – rounded, heady fresh grassy oil with strong cream and fruit characters with a lingering pepper finish.

AGING POTENTIAL
Best used young, but will last for two years if kept in a cool and dark environment.

SUGGESTED FOOD
Wonderful just with fresh bread as a dip. Will create a punchy salad dressing with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Lovely poured over fresh asparagus or boiled waxy new potatoes.
